ABOUT LIFECRAFTERS

LifeCrafters is owned and operated by Bruncha Milaszewski. Like most people, Bruncha’s life was heavily influenced by the thoughts and expectations of those around her. Family members, teachers, and coaches gave her “traditional” advice. They said, “study science or technology and you’ll definitely find a job!” Or sometimes they threw out “you’ll never make a living pursuing music or the arts.”

When Bruncha was a graduate student, one of her professors, who had been a labor market statistician, gave her a unique perspective on career coaching.  He suggested that after one reviews their strengths, abilities, interests and evaluates labor market conditions and economic trends, there is one critical question to ask. Where is the “magic”? The professor challenged her to help others find the “magic”; the spark that gives work meaning.

Bruncha has been engaged in career and management consulting for more than 25 years. LifeCrafters grew out of Bruncha’s desire to help others find work or life path that resonates with their dreams.
